The house is located in Ponta Delgada at a distance of 150 meters from the Campo de São Francisco, the Forte de São Brás and Avenida Marginal. In a five minute walk you reach the city center, where you find the services area, commerce, museums and monuments. The nightlife district is divided between the city center and “Portas do Mar“.
