In53 Guest House resulted from the recent refurbishment of an old house, which combines the old and the modern, providing you with a space of refinement and good taste. A project made with the aim of making you feel at home, in a familiar and comfortable environment. It has 2 bedrooms, for a total occupancy of 4 people. A double room with a double bed and a double room with bunk beds. The common area consists of a bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace, being created in an environment of charm and comfort.

The house is located in Ponta Delgada at a distance of 150 meters from the Campo de São Francisco, the Forte de São Brás and Avenida Marginal. In a five minute walk you will reach the city center, where you find the shopping/services area, commerce, museums and monuments. The nightlife district is divided between the city center and Portas do Mar.
